This two-story holiday lettings Miami villa in Eastern Shores is a three-minute drive from the beach and located five-minutes south of Aventura and 20 minutes north of South Beach. Eastern Shores is one of the most exclusive gated communities of Miami and offers the best of everything including several restaurants, grocery stores and houses of worship.
This 3,000 square foot Miami Beach self catering home has five bedrooms and four baths. This very spacious holiday lettings Miami villa has exceptional double height ceilings in the living area which has warm, Spanish tile floors, an entertaining built-in bar and views of the pool, patio and canal.
Most ground-floor rooms have water views. Eat at the formal dining room, right beside the kitchen. The renovated bathrooms have marble and granite countertops. This Miami Beach self catering home is ideal for large families and provides plenty of entertainment areas, a beautiful pool, a nice boat dock and an ideal spot for fishing.
The large master bedroom has a renovated marble bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. A sliding door leads to the pool deck and great views. Another bedroom is to the left with a spectacular view of the pool. The second floor features two bedrooms which share a beautifully renovated bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two bedrooms have beautiful wooden floors. One of the rooms offers a queen size bed while the other has two twin beds.
Have some fun around the Pool Table. A 37’’ flat LCD is in the living room and another tv set is also in the master bedroom. We've also added a PlayStation with some video games.
